This pre-release service is provided for authorized evaluation and field testing. Features, availability, data structures, and workflows may change during the beta period.
- Use the platform only for projects and information your organization authorizes you to access.
- Protect your account, invitation links, project records, photos, and confidential information.
- Do not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
- Report defects, security concerns, and inaccurate results promptly to your administrator.
- Do not rely on the beta as the sole system for safety-critical, contractual, regulatory, or emergency decisions.
- Feedback may be used to improve Field Quality OS without transferring ownership of your organization’s project data.
- Beta access may be changed, suspended, or ended to protect users, data, or the service.
Authorized administrators remain responsible for user access, project permissions, lawful data collection, retention requirements, and required notices within their organization.
